Quality Policy
Documented batch testing, traceability to the raw material lot, and replacement of any batch that misses the agreed specification.
Our quality policy is short enough to remember and specific enough to check.
What we commit to
- Specify before we make. Every order is confirmed with an explicit grade, dimension and tolerance table. If a requested tolerance is outside what sintered alumina allows, we say so before tooling starts.
- Test every batch. Incoming alumina powder, green density, firing curve, and finished-part density, porosity, hardness and wear loss are all recorded against a batch number.
- Ship the data. A batch test report and a dimensional inspection record travel with the goods. EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued on request.
- Trace everything. Any delivered part can be traced back to its raw material lot, its pressing parameters and its firing curve.
- Replace what misses. If a delivered batch does not meet the agreed specification, we replace the affected goods.
- Learn from field failures. Returned and worn parts are sectioned and examined. Field results feed back into grade and thickness recommendations.
Documented system
The plant operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001. Procedures, work instructions and inspection records are available to customers and third-party inspectors on request.
