Every enquiry is read by an engineer before it is answered. The more you tell us about the application, the more useful the reply will be — but send whatever you have and we will ask about the rest.
What to send for the fastest quote
For wear parts
Equipment type and where the part sits, material handled and particle size, throughput, operating temperature, current part life, quantity per year.
For custom parts
A drawing or step file, the critical dimensions, the grade if you have a preference, and the annual quantity. A photo with caliper readings also works.
How we handle your enquiry
- Within 8 working hours you receive an acknowledgement naming the engineer handling it.
- If anything is missing — grade, thickness, tolerance — you get a short list of questions rather than a price for the wrong part.
- You receive a quotation with price, MOQ, lead time, packing and Incoterm, plus the feasible tolerance for made-to-drawing items.
- Nobody follows up more than twice. If the timing is not right, say so and we will go quiet until you come back.
