An alumina ceramics plant, not a trading company: our own presses, kilns, grinders and laboratory, exporting to 60+ markets since 2004.
Alucera is a manufacturer. We press, fire, grind and test alumina ceramics in our own plant, and we sell what we make directly to the plants that use it. There is no trading layer between your enquiry and the people who run the kilns.
Why that matters more than it sounds
In this industry it is common to buy “alumina ceramic 95%” and receive something that tests at 88% with double the porosity — because the seller never touched the material and cannot check it. When you buy from the plant that fired it, three things change. The grade on the quotation is the grade in the box, because the same people who set the firing curve write the certificate. Non-standard parts are not a favour, they are normal work. And when something goes wrong, you are talking to the production manager, not an account manager reading a script.

Engineers answer the enquiry
Technical questions go to the people who set the firing curves, not to a call centre. Expect a real answer on grade, thickness and wear mechanism.
Quotations are complete
Price, MOQ, lead time, packing, Incoterm and the feasible tolerance — in one document, so you can compare us with anyone.
Small first orders welcome
We will run sample quantities below MOQ so you can trial the material in your own process before committing to a production lot.
Where we are honest about limits
- We are a ceramic specialist, not a general mill supplier. We do not quote for steel, rubber or polymer linings.
- Silicon carbide and ZTA are supplied alongside alumina, but they are not our core process and lead times are longer.
- We do not do “cheapest possible” orders. If your only criterion is the lowest price per square metre regardless of grade, there are sellers better suited to that.
